      Q.What payment methods do you accept?
        A. All major credit cards are accepted online via Paypal.

      Q. What is English Pewter?
        A. English Pewter is a lead free metal in its own right. The Silver trace is added for flow
        properties and ensures a high polish Silver finish. The metal is malleable yet not brittle
        thus suitable for our 'Adjustable Fit All' concept.

      Q.Do you ship Internationally?
        A.Yes, just order as normal and Paypal will automatically convert your currency at the
        current exchange rate.

      Q. How will my item[s] be shipped?
        A. We ship all packages insured via Royal Mail ~ Flat rate worldwide shipping costs
        apply: £2.99 for orders up to £50, £3.99 for orders between £50 & £99.99 and £6.99 for
        orders totalling £100 and over [or currency equivalent]

      Q. When may I expect to receive my order?
        A. We endeavour to ship items within 48 ~ 72 hours, however it depends upon supply
        due to the handmade nature of the product. We will email you once your packeage has
        been despatched so that you may know exactly when to expect it.

      Q. Do you accept returns?
        A. Yes, items must be returned unused with original packaging within 7 days. Refunds
        exclude outward and inward shipping charges.
