      Q.What payment methods do you accept?
      A. All major cards and currencies are accepted online via Paypal.

      Q. What are your shipping costs?
      A. There is a flate rate shipping charge of £6.99 [ or currency equivalent ] on all orders.
          If actual shipping charges are less we will refund any difference.
          Only small packages can be shipped Internationally.
          All items are insured in transit.

      Q. When may I expect to receive my order?
      A. Most items will be despatched within 72 hours unless otherwise stated.
          Courier services for bulky items may take up to 7 days to arrange
          We will contact you in this instance with the expected delivery date.

      Q. Do you accept returns?
      A. Yes, items must be returned unused with original packaging within 7 days of receipt.
           Refunds exclude outward and inward shipping charges.
